Esser Health Retreats

At this time Esser Health is not offering scheduled retreats. If you and a minimum of 9 guests (10 people total) would like to experience a retreat, please contact us with a 3-month advance notice with the dates you prefer. We can coordinate your stay provided that the beach lodging accommodations are available at that time. Please contact us to reserve.

Join us for a 6 day, 7 night health immersion in sunny Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. Your week stay is from Saturday evening- Saturday morning. Relax in an oceanfront villa, dine on colorful plant-based foods and learn how to live a more vibrant life.

Our Retreats Include:
• Daily educational lectures & inspiring workshops from our Physicians
• Complimentary whole food plant-based, gourmet meals daily
• Techniques and recipes with our Chef’s cooking demonstrations
• Daily workouts on and off the beach with expert Personal Trainers & Yoga Instructors
• Pre and Post health screenings specific to your personal goals
• Fun in the sun optional activities including spa trips, beach activities and more

Rates
For groups of ten or more, it is $1,400/per guest. Pricing includes 5 day, 4 nights stay, all meals and all lectures/demonstrations/fitness workouts. Air fare and transportation to the site not included. Please provide all attendees name(s), email address(es) and age(s) in the Comments Instructions on the check out page before completing payment.

Rate is quoted per person, per stay and subject to availability. The deposit for the 10 guests is due 3-months in advance and is non-refundable. Additional fees apply for some recreational activities and all spa services.
