  • “Dr. Esser brings enthusiasm, creativity and a passion for people to every encounter and project. He is a respected and much valued colleague in the effort to promote health through the power of lifestyle.”

“Tiffany Esser opened my eyes to a new world of health. From fitness to nutrition to mental health Tiffany covers all bases. She helped me to recognize my unhealthy habits and assisted me in breaking free from them. Never have I worked with a more dedicated trainer and I am truly grateful.”

    A.D.W.

"Prenatal exercise and personal training have been the best experience with Tiffany. When I was unsure of safe exercises and how far can I push myself without causing any damage, Tiffany’s experience and knowledge was a very strong guiding factor. Her positive energy during that time was a big bonus. The workout regimen that she chalked out for me not only helped me stay fit and healthy throughout my pregnancy, but am sure also indirectly helped get through a safe labor and delivery."

    Harshita Deshpande Bhurat

"Tiffany is an extremely motivational and enthusiastic personal trainer and teacher with the ability to adapt workouts to any fitness level. From challenging my very fit and athletic husband in one of her group classes, to helping me (not so active!) get in better physical shape prior to my wedding, she can do it all. She worked with me to help me meet my personal goals in a way that was healthy and realistic, and really made working out seem less intimidating for me."

    Katie Fenney

"I have cycled through the same lifting and running routines for several years. Before beginning Tiffany’s classes I felt like I was stuck in a rut and stopped seeing results. Her group training classes serve as an excellent way to change up my routine and work muscles that I never knew I had! The group classes are up beat and fun; Tiffany consistently mixes up the routines to keep things interesting. She pushes and encourages you to continuously improve. I am typically sore for two to three days after one of her workouts."
