  • “Tiffany Esser’s Nurse Fitness Program at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital has been a very motivating experience. Her pilates and yoga classes help nurses de-stress after work. It has been easy for nurses to keep up with their fitness goals having the classes on site and at convenient times!”

    Pat Lyons RN MS CRRN

"The energy and optimism they brought to the presentation was fantastic. The concepts were defined with crystal clarity and supported by adequate data. Stephan's style of presentation is compelling and Tiffany's break-out exercise sessions kept the audience engaged and gave them a personal taste of 'exercise as medicine.'"

    Kathryn Hayward MD

Collaborative Medicine Working Group, MGH Boston, MA

“Tiffany Esser opened my eyes to a new world of health. From fitness to nutrition to mental health Tiffany covers all bases. She helped me to recognize my unhealthy habits and assisted me in breaking free from them. Never have I worked with a more dedicated trainer and I am truly grateful.”

    A.D.W.

"I have cycled through the same lifting and running routines for several years. Before beginning Tiffany’s classes I felt like I was stuck in a rut and stopped seeing results. Her group training classes serve as an excellent way to change up my routine and work muscles that I never knew I had! The group classes are up beat and fun; Tiffany consistently mixes up the routines to keep things interesting. She pushes and encourages you to continuously improve. I am typically sore for two to three days after one of her workouts."

    Jared & Emily Klinefelter

"Tiffany designed a fun and effective training program for me through different phases of my life (from pregnancy to post-partum and beyond). As a physician, I appreciate her knowledge about exercise physiology as well as nutrition and lifestyle changes. She knows how to motivate and inspire people!"
