Mrs. Esser will be presenting to the Jax community about Esser Health and fitness tips!

Food for Life is an award-winning cooking and nutrition program designed by the physicians, nurses, and registered dietitians at Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine. Food For Life classes are focused on cancer, diabetes, weight management, employee wellness, kids and the lifesaving effects of healthful eating.

The Diabetes class provides guidance and support to attendees as they eat many plant-based meals over 21 days. The class series is covered over five, two-hour classes and is intended to show the dramatic results that can happen when significant dietary changes are made.

Tiffany Esser CPT will be the Guest Speaker at the session on October 27, 2014 at 6:30pm.
