It’s DAY 2 of your plant-based DAIRY & MEAT recipes! What? You wanted pizza tonight? Well here is a healthy and delicious PESTO PIZZA so mouth watering the kids won’t even miss the cheese! Give it a try with a large fresh salad   We use a store bought gluten-free pizza crust, but if you want to get creative try to make your own dough:

1 cup pine nuts, divided
½ cup olive oil
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 bunches basil, leaves picked and washed
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons cornmeal or semolina flour
1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
1 pizza dough recipe or store bought
