We attended a ESSER HEALTH RETREAT to fine tune our plant based eating and to pickup exercise tips to incorporate into our daily life. The retreat gave us this and much more. The food preparation demonstrations and meals prepared by FRESH JAX of Jacksonville were excellent, simple, attractive and delicious. The lectures/discussions by Dr. Stephan and Tiffany Esser along with the several other presenters (motivational speakers, exercise success testimonials, holistic and medical professionals) far exceeded our expectations. When it came to exercise the variety of types of exercise was super and the many leaders/guides were nothing less than first class. So if you, like us, want to fine tune your plant based and exercise program or have concerns to be addressed (high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, obesity, fatigue, depression, etc) and ESSER HEALTH RETREAT can’t be beat.
