  • "Tiffany is an extremely motivational and enthusiastic personal trainer and teacher with the ability to adapt workouts to any fitness level. From challenging my very fit and athletic husband in one of her group classes, to helping me (not so active!) get in better physical shape prior to my wedding, she can do it all. She worked with me to help me meet my personal goals in a way that was healthy and realistic, and really made working out seem less intimidating for me."

“Tiffany Esser’s Nurse Fitness Program at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital has been a very motivating experience. Her pilates and yoga classes help nurses de-stress after work. It has been easy for nurses to keep up with their fitness goals having the classes on site and at convenient times!”

“Tiffany Esser opened my eyes to a new world of health. From fitness to nutrition to mental health Tiffany covers all bases. She helped me to recognize my unhealthy habits and assisted me in breaking free from them. Never have I worked with a more dedicated trainer and I am truly grateful.”

"I have cycled through the same lifting and running routines for several years. Before beginning Tiffany’s classes I felt like I was stuck in a rut and stopped seeing results. Her group training classes serve as an excellent way to change up my routine and work muscles that I never knew I had! The group classes are up beat and fun; Tiffany consistently mixes up the routines to keep things interesting. She pushes and encourages you to continuously improve. I am typically sore for two to three days after one of her workouts."

"Strength and weight training are an important part of my overall fitness routine and are a key part of trianing for my favorite sport: running. Working out with Tiffany was exactly the type of strength training I needed to keep my body healthy and strong for my long runs and races. I was challenge by each workout with Tiffany but always had fun throughout the routine."
