"Tiffany is an extremely motivational and enthusiastic personal trainer and teacher with the ability to adapt workouts to any fitness level. From challenging my very fit and athletic husband in one of her group classes, to helping me (not so active!) get in better physical shape prior to my wedding, she can do it all. She worked with me to help me meet my personal goals in a way that was healthy and realistic, and really made working out seem less intimidating for me."
"Dr. Esser gave a spectacular talk tonight. He was very inspiring and had a tremendous impact on the students who came to the meeting!"

"I have cycled through the same lifting and running routines for several years. Before beginning Tiffany’s classes I felt like I was stuck in a rut and stopped seeing results. Her group training classes serve as an excellent way to change up my routine and work muscles that I never knew I had! The group classes are up beat and fun; Tiffany consistently mixes up the routines to keep things interesting. She pushes and encourages you to continuously improve. I am typically sore for two to three days after one of her workouts."

“Tiffany has been an awesome trainer. She is always punctual, has a great sense of humor, and uses positive reinforcement to push me to work out harder. It has been a short stretch of training, but even in that short period of time, I have felt a great bond with her and have felt comfortable sharing personal issues with her. Since working with her, I have had a much more positive outlook on working out and more drive to lead a healthier, fuller life!”

"Tiffany designed a fun and effective training program for me through different phases of my life (from pregnancy to post-partum and beyond). As a physician, I appreciate her knowledge about exercise physiology as well as nutrition and lifestyle changes. She knows how to motivate and inspire people!"
